After gluing up the main boards with a Festool Domino jointer, sanding them and cutting the mitres on a table saw with a fine blade the stool was ready for jointing and gluing. The inner frame was made after the main stool and gently sanded until it fitted exactly inside to give support. All joints were domino'd and glued with very strong 5 minute external grade glue.

Making the Piano Stool
After gluing up the main boards with a Festool Domino jointer, sanding them and cutting the mitres on a table saw with a fine blade the stool was ready for jointing and gluing.
